Please review these terms before using EduBox Academy’s website or enrolling in a course. Accessing or using our services means you agree to the conditions below.

1. Sale & Discount

1.1 Registration

Upon selecting a training course and completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

1.2 Course Availability 

Course availability is subject to change. EduBox Academy reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule courses as needed.

1.3 Pricing

Course prices are shown on our website and may change without advance notice. Full payment is required before access to a course is provided.

1.4 Discount 

Discounts depend on availability and may be time-limited. EduBox Academy may change or end an offer without notice. Advertised discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless this is expressly stated.

2. Transfer, Refund Policy, and Cancellation of Training Courses

2.1 Transfer

To move an enrolment to another course, notify us in writing at least 14 days before the original start date. Transfers depend on availability and may involve a fee.

2.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 of the course purchase date. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

a. Cancellations made within 28 days of the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administration fee.

b. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are eligible for a partial refund, minus an administration fee.

c. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after the specified timeframe or once the course has started.

2.3 Course Cancellation

We may cancel or reschedule training because of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant numbers. Registered participants will then be offered an alternative course or a full refund.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Data Privacy

Personal information is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Information collected through our website and services is used to enhance learning and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

3.2 Confidentiality

Training may give you access to confidential or proprietary information. Keep it confidential and obtain EduBox Academy’s explicit written consent before disclosing, copying or distributing it.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Participation

You are expected to actively engage in the training course, complete assignments, and contribute positively to the learning environment.

4.2 Code of Conduct

Treat instructors and other participants professionally and respectfully. Disruptive, inappropriate or disrespectful conduct may lead to removal from training without a refund.

4.3 Materials and Intellectual Property

Our training materials, curriculum and course content are copyright-protected and intended only for registered participants. Do not reproduce, distribute or share them without authorisation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of Malaysia.

Using our website, products or services confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not continue using the services.

6. Modification of Terms

We may amend these terms at any time. Please check this page periodically. Continuing to use our services after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Additional Important Points

Participants must behave professionally and respectfully throughout training and related interactions. EduBox Academy is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising during or from participation in its training programmes.
